Step 3: Find AlphaWizzard — Use the search function in eToro and type "alphawizzard" (our eToro username). Click on our profile.

Step 4: Start copying

• Click the "Copy" button
• Enter your desired copy amount ($1,000 minimum)
• Set your Copy Stop Loss (CSL) — this is a safety limit that stops copying if your copy value drops by a certain percentage (e.g., 40% or 50%)
• Confirm by clicking "Copy"

That's it. From now on, every trade we make is automatically replicated in your account, proportional to your copy amount.

Important note about recurring deposits:

If you set up automatic monthly deposits to your eToro account, these funds do not automatically go into your copy. You need to manually allocate them each month:

1. Go to your portfolio
2. Find your AlphaWizzard copy

4. Enter the amount you want to add
5. Confirm

We run a long-only, stocks-only strategy with a strong focus on US large-cap equities. We don't short stocks, we don't trade options or futures, and we never use leverage.

We focus on four key metrics that tell the full story—not just returns, but risk-adjusted returns:

• CAGR (Compound Annual Growth Rate) — Your average yearly return, accounting for compounding. The clearest measure of long-term wealth building.
• Maximum Drawdown — The largest peak-to-trough decline before recovery. Arguably the most important metric because it measures the worst pain you'd have experienced.
• Sharpe Ratio — Returns divided by volatility. Answers: "How much return am I getting per unit of total risk?" Higher is better.
• Sortino Ratio — Similar to Sharpe, but only penalizes downside volatility. We optimize for Sortino because protecting against losses matters more than smoothing gains.

Example: With 20 equally-weighted stocks, $1,000 means ~$50 per position—enough to replicate properly. With only $200, each position would be ~$10, right at the minimum.
